We provides quality services for our customer satisfaction. Because customer satisfaction is our first priority. We also strives that our all customer gets clean and shiny car with our car wash service. However, we understands that there are situations where customer does not gets satisfied with our services. Hence, for these reasons we also provides refunds. Below are the conditions for which refund may get issues.

Eligibility for refunds

1. Service quality

Please inform us immediately if you are not satisfied with our car wash services. We will re-was your car. If you are not satisfied with re-was service then please inform us the issue in detail. And, if fails to fulfil your satisfaction we will help you in getting the refund.

Please make refund request as soon as possible. No refund request will be entertained after 24 hours of the given car wash services.

2. Damage Claims

You must inform about any damage before you leave the car wash premises. Our assigned team will inspect about in detail. If the claimed damage is verified that it was occured during car wash services by outlr team, then you are eligible for the refund. We will cover up the refund cost or give you the refund.

There will no refund if damaged is claimed after leaving our car wash premises

3. Membership and prepaid services

If you are using our membership or prepaid services, then refunds are prorated based on the number of services used. Refund requests for unsed membership and prepaid top-up must made within 30 days of purchase.

No claim will be given to members taken membership if not satisfied with the car wash services.

4. Special circumstances

If we fail to deliver the service due to natural disrupts, like earthquake, bad weather, etc.,then we will reschedule the service at no extra cost. But no refund will be issued for such delayed services.

Steps for the refund process

To process the claimed refund, the below steps must be followed:

Exclusions for the refund

We will not provide any refund to unsatisfied customers due to neglect. It means if customer does not give us the permission to access all areas of the car.

Also, we do not provide refunds for the gift cards.
